Our customer policy is as follows:

• The majority of our clients have been recommended to contact us rather than the other way round so we feel we have to ensure they get what they need.

• We only target a new client if and when we believe we can offer them something different and ensure we can deliver.

• We still work with the large majority of clients with whom we have commenced a relationship.

• We are very proud of our reliability and our open-hand policy.

• We can only survive by having a partnership with our clients.
